A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support to elementary students in grades K-5 at an on-site school located in Theodore, AL. This full-time, contract position runs from March 2025 through May 29, 2026, offering the opportunity to work closely with young learners during the critical stages of their language development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication disorders
Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with guidelines
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to education
Qualifications And Experience
Valid Professional License or Educator Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (either acceptableli>
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with elementary school-age children (K-5)
