Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Days Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is a leading behavioral health provider offering evidence‑based treatment for adults with substance use and co‑occurring disorders through the Northpoint Recovery brand, and mental health treatment for adolescents through Imagine by Northpoint. Location:

Northpoint Colorado – Adult inpatient facility in Loveland, CO.

Schedule:

As needed Monday‑Sunday 6 am–6:30 pm.

Compensation:

$32–$44 per hour.

Position Summary As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients. The RN will coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team, develop discharge plans, communicate safety issues to providers and outside agencies, and ensure all documentation is completed professionally and timely. The RN will work under the supervision of a provider or RN and perform duties in accordance with established patient‑care protocols, standards, and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to the multidisciplinary team.

Administer medications and engage in the education process.

Use de‑escalation skills with volatile patients to maintain personal safety.

Provide admission, orientation, education, and discharge plans to patients and families.

Consult with the treatment team on development and discharge of treatment plans.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment and report maintenance needs.

Admissions, discharges, and monitoring of vital signs with documentation.

Comply with all laws, regulations, and scope of licensure.

Document medical assessments, progress notes, and other treatment planning items in a timely manner.

Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team and maintain effective working relationships.

Maintain professional boundaries with patients.

Oversee and participate in facility quality assurance and compliance activities.

Provide medical updates for utilization review and managed‑care reimbursement.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality per established policies and standards of care.

Perform other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Colorado.

Minimum age 21 years.

Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification, nationally accredited.

Proficient with electronic medical record systems (KIPU preferred).

Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven to improve patient lives.

Maintain all applicable state licensure requirements throughout employment.

Ability to work with a diverse patient population and possess required interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to hold strong personal boundaries and build rapport.

Adhere to ethical standards of the licensing governing board.
