The Home Care Recruiter supports the Home Care team by ensuring we are hiring the best caregivers for our clients
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sources and recruits for In-Home Caregivers using online resources, including the Company’s Applicant Tracking System
Acts as the face of the organization when interacting with recruits.
Phone screens and makes offers to qualified candidates following Company recruiting and hiring policies.
Manages New Hire Onboarding and Orientation process
Develops a pool of qualified candidates.
Works closely with the overall team to ensure 100% coverage for our clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The position is required to be in the office at least 50% of the time
Associate degree or equivalent experience actively sourcing and recruiting caregivers for multiple homecare locations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner with employees, clients and family members.
