Office Lead - Senior Civil Engineer PE – Land/Site Development Projects
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to lead our Land and Site Development practice in Houston, Texas.
Role Accountabilities
Develop and grow the civil engineering practice in the Houston region, working with current and new clients.
Build and manage a high‑performing team that delivers outstanding projects.
Apply smart project management to meet client quality expectations while achieving commercial objectives.
Engage with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and project approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in civil engineering.
Over 12 years of experience delivering large‑scale civil site development projects in the Houston area.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and grow a practice.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Commitment to health and safety.
