Our client is a manufacturer headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. We are currently seeking an
Accounting Supervisor
who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month‑end close activities.
Key Duties
Compiles and analyzes account information to create balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Support external audit by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
Prepares and reviews journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations for month‑end and year‑end close.
Reports on the company's financial health, providing accurate quantitative information.
Ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a cheerful outlook, excellent people skills, and demonstrate professionalism.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines.
