Job Overview Hubby Home Improvement is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Trim Apprentice to support custom cabinet installation and finish carpentry projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands‑on experience, and grow within a skilled, respectful, and family-friendly team. You'll assist experienced carpenters on‑site with assembling cabinets, installing trim, and maintaining clean, organized work areas—while gaining the skills and knowledge needed for a long‑term career in residential construction.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with cabinet assembly, transport, and installation
Support finish carpenters with tasks such as baseboards, crown molding, doors, and shelving
Maintain clean and organized job sites at all times
Handle basic power and hand tools safely and responsibly
Load and unload tools and materials at job sites
Follow instructions and learn from experienced team members
Represent the company professionally in clients' homes
Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
1+ year of construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Detail-oriented and respectful on the job site
Clean and organized working habits
Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Hourly pay between $17-$25+ per hour, based on experience
Year-End Bonus
4-day work week (10‑hour shifts, Monday‑Thursday)
