Key Responsibilities
Perform expert-level trim carpentry including installation of baseboards, crown molding, shelving, door hanging, and cabinet hardware
Execute custom cabinet assembly and installation with precision
Maintain clean, organized work areas on residential job sites
Read and interpret construction plans and project specifications
Work collaboratively with other carpenters, subcontractors, and supervisors
Adhere to safety standards and company protocols
Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all client interactions
Qualifications
5+ years of trim carpentry or residential remodeling experience
High school diploma or GED
Exceptional attention to detail and finishing skills
Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record and reliable transportation
Professional demeanor and ability to work respectfully in occupied homes
Competitive hourly pay ($25-$38+ per hour)

4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
