What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process revisions to existing accounts, including rating changes and benefit options
Install new accounts by completing and processing necessary forms
Administer renewals by entering renewal rates into systems
Audit client onboarding processes and perform error management
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of related, progressive experience
Ability to apply advanced skills specific to the assigned area
Proficiency in established standard procedures for task completion
Capacity to work under direct supervision and adapt to non-routine tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with client onboarding processes in a dental insurance context
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security guidelines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal departments
