What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the billing department and its associates
Monitor associates' time, attendance, productivity, and quality assurance reviews
Manage daily workflows and identify trending issues to develop training or processes
Conduct team huddles to address new training focuses and encourage team development
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliant billing and timely account reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Billing processes
Ability to manage associate time and approve timecards for payroll
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with revenue cycle management software or tools
Ability to travel occasionally for client integrations
Previous supervisory experience in a billing or revenue cycle department
