Shift Schedule

Week 1 – Wed/Thurs/Fri 5:30 am – 6:00 pm

Week 2 – Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun 5:30 am – 6:00 pm

What Will I Be Doing?

Work with personnel in a team‑oriented and safety‑conscious environment. Safety expectations include PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company/site safety guidelines and procedures.

Operate equipment such as forklift truck, cart, hand truck, and other material handling equipment.

Check, inspect and document all equipment and products for damage and shortages before processing.

Record product name, product number, package type, and number of pounds reprocessed daily.

Report to supervisor any discrepancies noted immediately and record.

Accurate administrative duties to include review and documentation of all procedures.

Ensure all products are placed in the correct location.

Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.

Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.

Communications with all team members to assist the development of short‑ and long‑range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives.

Meet physical requirements of the job. Physical requirements of the job will be provided to you prior to employment.

Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

Maintain positive customer and employee relations.

Other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisor.

What Makes Me Qualified?

Experience: Warehouse experience preferred, not required.

Driver’s License.

Physical Demands

The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Control Precision – The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.

Manual Dexterity – The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.

Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required.

Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time.

Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools.

Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.

Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties.

Communication/Expression – The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

Information Ordering – The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
