Provide guidance, coaching, and education to students in the Walton College of Business Manage a portfolio of undergraduate and graduate students, tracking their outcomes Collaborate with academic departments and employers on programming initiatives Offer in-person support for programming/events during office hours and occasional evenings and weekends Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, alumni, and recruiters What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field from an accredited institution Four years of professional work experience in recruiting or career development for corporate functions Comprehensive knowledge of career fields within business education, including finance, marketing, and human resources Experience with resume writing and job search skills Proficiency in web-based resources and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field from an accredited institution Knowledge of job search and process management Experience with pivot tables in Excel for data analysis Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Career Services platforms Experience working with students in a higher education environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
