POSITION TITLE: Compensation & Benefits Analyst
LOCATION: Cambridge, MA (hybrid)
To be eligible for employment, you must reside in MA with ability to work onsite 3 days a week in a hybrid capacity. This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who we are looking for:
TheCompensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the strategic direction, design, and management of innovative compensation, benefits, wellness, and total rewards programs for our global organization. You bring dep expertise in global compensation strategies and the ability to navigate complex statutory requirements across diverse regions. This role works closely with HR leadership to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals. You will play a critical role in advancing our talent strategy while ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and connected to our global culture.
Whatyou willbe doing at TriNetX :
Develop and oversee salary structures, job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay equity to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage health, retirement, wellness, PTO and other benefits programs, collaborate with vendors to maintain compliance and maximize employee value.
Lead incentive and recognition program design to drive engagement, performance, and retention.
Manage the company equity program,including administering grants, tracking vesting schedules, maintaining accurate equity records, coordinating with Finance and Legal, ensuring compliance with plan documents, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee equity questions.
Manage broker relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service expectations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and act as primary contact for external audits.
Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation packages.
Collaborate with HRBPs on compensation issues.
Identify trends and opportunities for strategic improvement.
Create and deliver communications and training materials on compensation and benefits for employees and managers.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CCP) are a plus.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in global compensation and benefits management; sales compensation expertise preferred.
Extensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems. Experience in Dayforce a plus .
