Maintenance Coordinator - A-Shift

Job Summary Works with maintenance manager, supervisors, and technicians to stock and maintain a spare parts warehouse. Manages preventative maintenance plans for equipment involving schedules and parts required. Works closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure that all preventative maintenance is completed on time. Reviews equipment usage data and failure trends to determine spare parts stock with their relevant stock quantities. Records and maintains list of open issues by machine and department.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PM schedules

Maintain accurate records of critical component rebuilds to help predict future rebuild requirements

Develop and maintain spare parts inventory with relevant stock levels

Research alternatives for replacement components
