Job Description Support lease activities throughout the lease lifecycle including executing, maintaining the abstract, lease renewals and lease terminations, communicating with tenants and landlords, and managing critical dates. Coordinate lease activities with the assigned Transaction Manager, including interpreting leases and legal documents, conducting documents for completeness and accuracy, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the lease administration database, and ensuring leases are compliant with risk management requirements. Conduct self‑assessment of lease data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Create reporting shared with the Transaction Manager and decision makers. Work with Corporate Real Estate professionals and business line contacts to ensure leases are compliant with established policies and procedures. Coordinate activities and other tasks supporting lease administration. Provide training on lease administration processes as applicable.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically three to five years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of lease administration
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Demonstrated leadership skills
Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
