What You'll Do
Provide day‑to‑day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.) Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff Record and escalare any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.) What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum of one‑year period of sustained sobriety required Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality Dignified character that models recovery principles Where You'll Work
Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93‑bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Newly remodeled and inviting, our expansive building brings all services under one roof and gives clients a five‑star experience as they begin their recovery. The atmosphere created by staff and clients alike is one of acceptance, hope, and healing, and contributes greatly to each client’s recovery. Benefits
