Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (post‑hire training provided).
TB skin test within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred; not required.
Reliable transportation.
Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
