Responsibilities
Communicate with customers throughout the entire installation process.
Monitor the installation from start to finish, updating all parties and troubleshooting along the way.
Review certificate of completion, invoice, and ensure final payment from customer.
Required Skills
Construction, building material, or supply experience preferred.
Window and door knowledge highly desired.
Clean driving record and ability to travel from site to site.
Problem‑solving ability and a take‑action attitude.
Accurate with details and strong communication skills—verbal and written.
Preferred experience: Microsoft Outlook, Company Cam App.
Accountability Measurements
People skills to professionally handle conflict with customers.
Organizational aptitude to manage scheduling.
Ownership: decision‑making ability for your projects.
