Job Duties & Responsibilities Starting Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Machines
Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
Record all defects and scrap
Record pieces produced
Complete all required paperwork
Housekeeping
Practice safety at all times
Perform special instructions/request as determined by the Supervisor
Assembly components
Visually inspect all components to detect non-conference
Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain an accurate inventory
Perform 5S duties
Hand assembly
Job Requirements Requirements:
Must be able to stand for an 8-12-hour shift
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Must be willing and able to rotate between job assignments
Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
Must be available to work any shift as assigned
Attendance is mandatory and must be on time for work
Must be willing to work overtime when needed
Must practice good housekeeping
Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by Supervisor
Must be able to pass required safety tests
Must have the ability to get along with others in a team environment
