Speech Language Pathologist – Greensboro, NC
This position is an opportunity to provide evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting, serving post‑acute and long‑term care patients. The schedule is flexible, with the department open from 6 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. You will collaborate with other skilled clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
Responsibilities
Plan, conduct and evaluate treatment programs for individuals with speech and language disorders in accordance with the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association guidelines.
Provide assessment and treatment of cognitive and swallowing disorders under the direction of the attending physician.
Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions to post‑acute and long‑term care patients.
Collaborate and work in a team setting with other clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
Qualifications
Licensed, registered or certified by the state in which you practice speech pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing or similar setting is preferred.
