Job Overview Columbus Springs East is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As an Inpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and group therapy to patients with psychological, emotional, and substance abuse issues, contributing to the mission of making communities healthier.
How You'll Contribute
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
Host family counseling sessions to involve patients' families and support groups
Communicate with clients, families, and external referral sources
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff
Participate in the treatment planning process
Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders involved in the patient's treatment

What We're Looking For
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent
Current clinical or social work license in the state of OH
Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
