Position Summary Under minimal supervision, coordinates student of concern and emergency fund cases. Oversees university food pantry functions and student travel system. Assists with various campus wellbeing events.
Essential Functions
Coordinate case management activities focused on student of concern and emergency fund.
Advise and supervise a team of students reviewing cases and scheduling appointments for wellbeing support; lead regular team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions.
Provide support, advice, and training to facilitate efficient case management, student counseling and institutional/community support service referrals; work with a diverse student population.
Oversee university food pantry and daily operation with assistance of graduate student manager; conduct monthly pantry meetings, monitor inventory, maintain user data, host semesterly food insecurity awareness events.
Assist with support of Victim Advocacy services as needed.
Establish goals, develop schedules, priorities, and standards to achieve objectives; coordinate evaluation activities.
Collaborate with social media/marketing assistant to promote student wellbeing initiatives.
Adhere to programming budgets, monitor expenditures, adjust as needed.
Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
Organize required event reservations and set‑ups.
Submit purchase orders and requisitions through administrative staff.
Determine appropriate responses to problems and emergencies.
Identify areas needing change and recommend improvements.
Represent department at meetings, conferences, seminars, or committees.
Attend monthly meetings with Impact Data Team.
Be available for evening and weekend work as required.
Comply with all State and University policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn institutional systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
Three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
