Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by offering tailored support and guidance.
Customize insurance solutions to meet individual needs, goals, and lifestyles.
Explain insurance products and coverages in a clear, approachable manner.
Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold and warm calling.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long‑term customers.
Perform comprehensive policy reviews to ensure optimal coverage.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and professional skills. \ Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
Adapt quickly to meet evolving customer needs and business goals.
Requirements
Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Active Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Licenses required at time of hire.
Strong background in client‑facing roles is highly encouraged.
Must demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong ethical foundation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
Highly self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
