Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Senior Sales / Business Development Professional with a proven book of business
and deep expertise in
IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation sales . This role is ideal for a self-motivated hunter who thrives on closing deals and building long-term enterprise relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
entire sales lifecycle
from lead generation to contract closure
Leverage an existing
book of business while building new pipelines
Sell
Staff Augmentation, IT Consulting, Offshore Outsourcing, and Project Services
Develop and manage relationships with
Fortune 500 clients
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate submissions
Handle
W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C)
engagement models
Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT services sales experience
Strong background in IT Consulting & Staff Augmentation
Existing enterprise client relationships (book of business required)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
