Job Description We are looking for

Quality Assurance Analyst .

This position will

be

full-time

and

Hybrid - Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do

Analyze business requirements and prepare corresponding test cases and test data.

Perform manual and automation testing to validate software functionality and quality.

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Java Selenium.

Identify suitable test cases for automation and ensure timely execution of automation suites.

Log, track, and report defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure closure.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and share test execution reports and summaries.

Work independently to manage assigned modules and deliver quality results within timelines.

Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

What You'll Need Required:

Bachelor’s degree in BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science or related field).

Total Experience: Around 5 years, including.

Manual Testing: Minimum 2–3 years.

Automation Testing (Java Selenium): Minimum 2 years.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

Hands‑on experience in defect management and test case management tools. Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

ISTQB certification or exposure to manufacturing/distribution systems

Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
