What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop a sales strategy to retain and grow revenue streams from an assigned book of business

Collaborate with team members across various departments to enhance client service and experience

Create value‑added solutions based on processes to help clients exceed sales goals

Conduct consultative solutions selling at clients' places of business

Utilize Salesforce as a selling tool and informational resource

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of sales experience, or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices

Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in various environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in automotive, auction, or wholesale sales/service

Proven track record of growing accounts from an existing base

Keen knowledge of Salesforce.com, including navigation and report generation

Experience in selling and servicing account lists

Field visit experience to other sites, dealerships, and auctions
