WIS International Starting Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 Part-Time Overview
We are hiring a Retail Travel Associate to handle inventory at customer locations in the home improvement segment, working primarily with one customer across the region. This role supports weekly travel, a consistent schedule, and opportunities for wage increases based on productivity. What You Will Do
Will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region. Count and record inventory with precision - Accuracy matters here. Follow a clear, consistent workflow - Your playbook for success. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Qualifications & Requirements
At least 18 years of age. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred; inventory experience not required. Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Open to candidates with no degree, no experience, returning to workforce, or military experience. Access to reliable transportation. Working Conditions
Position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, using a ladder, lifting up to 25 lbs, and traveling by car and occasionally plane (overnight stays up to 4 days a week). Flexible and traditional hours. Benefits
