Retail Travel Associate - Inventory WIS International

is hiring for the Retail Travel Associate - Inventory position.

Starting wages: $17.00 - $22.00. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

Employer‑paid travel weekly, up to 4 nights a week with meal per diem; consistent work schedule and travel options available.

Competitive pay – position eligible for productivity‑based wage increases up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.

What You Will Do

Work primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.

Travel weekly with the team to customer locations across the region.

Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy is critical.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow.

Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

Meet daily performance goals and celebrate success; productivity‑based wage increases possible.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, warehouse work is preferred.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

No degree required; open to veterans, no‑experience candidates, and those returning to the workforce.

Access to reliable transportation.

Working Conditions

The position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand and wrist movements, frequently being in low positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of ladders, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Occasional car or plane travel, including overnight stays up to 4 days a week.
