Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain a robust network of referral sources (insurance adjusters, agents, plumbers, and facility managers).
Business Development:
Identify and secure new commercial and residential restoration opportunities.
Brand Advocacy:
Represent MGM Restoration at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement targeted local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
CRM Management:
Track leads, follow up diligently, and report on sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
Restoration Experience (Required):
You must understand the industry (water, fire, mold, etc.) and the unique needs of our clients.
Proven Sales Track Record:
Experience in outside sales or business development with a history of hitting targets.
Communication Mastery:
You are persuasive, professional, and excellent at building instant rapport.
Self-Starter Mentality:
You don't wait for instructions; you see an opportunity and go after it.
Reliability:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
