About The Role Perform electromagnetic interference (EMI) tests and measurements of electronic and electro‑mechanical equipment and subsystems using precision instrumentation as part of the EMI department.
Core Responsibilities
Read specifications from technical documents, identify and prepare test equipment.
Monitor tests per specifications, interact with customers if needed, troubleshoot, and document data.
Verify, review, and document data after test completion and finalize for the Program Manager.
Maintain lab by cleaning equipment, calibrating instruments, and organizing supplies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Core Requirements
Under close supervision, complete basic technical and mechanical procedures.
Interact with clients as necessary.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and interpretation of test results.
Working knowledge of DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies, and basic safety practices.
Basic mechanical skills, MS Office proficiency, and understanding of AC/DC circuits.
Minimum Education And Experience
High School Diploma or GED. Technical certification, AA or AS in Electronics/Electrical preferred.
0–3 years of experience.
Salary Annual base salary target range $21.50 – $26.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses or commissions depending on the role. Pay may vary by location.
