What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute educational programs for healthcare professionals in peripheral vascular therapy
Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to create engaging learning content
Incorporate adult learning strategies into training materials
Manage program metrics and report on the effectiveness of educational initiatives
Execute training programs for new hires in the Peripheral Vascular sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals
In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and technical competencies related to medical devices
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Education, or Life Sciences)
Strong project management, budgeting, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree or certification in Medical Education or Instructional Design
Experience delivering high-impact training across live and digital formats
Proven ability to innovate and drive growth in educational offerings
Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
