What You’ll Do
Lead all culinary operations across the Inn, including dining outlets, private events, and special programs
Develop and execute seasonal, inspired menus that align with the Inn’s luxury brand and regional identity
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team; build culture, accountability, and pride
Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation at the highest standards
Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and budgeting with a sharp operational lens
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership to continuously elevate the guest experience
