Commercial Roofing Sales Representative We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven
Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proven salesperson who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Commercial roofing experience is not required —we provide training and support to help you learn the industry and become successful.
You will work with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers to identify needs, recommend solutions, and close deals. If you’re confident speaking with clients, comfortable working in the field, and excited to learn, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, contractors, and facility leaders
Identify sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Conduct site visits to assess client needs (training provided)
Work closely with operations/estimating teams to develop proposals and bids
Present solutions clearly and professionally, overcoming objections and negotiating terms
Track sales activity, pipeline, and client communication using CRM tools
Follow up on leads, bids, and proposals consistently to drive conversions
Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry functions
Collaborate with leadership to support growth goals and market expansion
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience
(B2B preferred, but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable meeting clients in person and building trust-based relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time independently
Willingness to learn the commercial roofing industry and technical systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in construction, building services, or property management-related sales
Experience selling high-value services or solutions (not products)
