This role is ideal for someone who is confident behind the bar, delivers excellent guest experiences, and thrives during high volume brunch and evening service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages.
Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and recipes.
Engage guests with friendly, professional service.
Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness.
Accurately handle POS transactions and cash management.
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and house policies.
Collaborate with service staff to support smooth service flow.
Uphold brand standards and hospitality expectations.
Qualifications
>Previous bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
Weekend and evening availability required.
TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain).
