Comp Plan Base + Commission
Job Role The Account Executive will be a key member of our team, instrumental in scaling our products, opening new accounts, addressing their unique needs, and driving high customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
Prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals on SaaS products
Identify sales opportunities based on research and strategic reach-outs, expanding our presence within the industry
Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, from initial contact to close of sale.
Work closely with Director and/or C‑Suite decision makers to finalize product deals and drive new ARR
Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.
Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and our services
Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
Drive outbound prospecting efforts including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach to target decision‑makers in the EHS space
Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
Must-have:
Minimum 3–5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of self‑sourced deals
Preferred:
Prior experience selling into the EHSQ space (Safety, Compliance, Risk, or related software)
Ability to identify, engage, and close Director and C‑level buyers in mid‑market to enterprise accounts
Strong demo and presentation skills via Zoom, Teams, or other video platforms
CRM proficiency required (Hubspot or Salesforce preferred)
