What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute strategies within assigned territory to drive sales

Schedule and lead customer meetings, identifying new sales opportunities

Resolve product or service‑related issues by collaborating with support teams

Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to ensure total customer satisfaction

Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience

OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience without a degree

Outside sales experience selling solutions to government organizations desired

Strong relationship development and management skills

Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in high‑security areas governed by the US Department of Justice’s CJIS Security Policy

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM software

High motivation and results‑oriented mindset
