What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute winning sales strategies within the assigned territory

Schedule and lead customer meetings to drive engagement and sales

Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain regular client follow-ups to ensure total customer satisfaction

Present and demonstrate products, showcasing their benefits and uses

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales or public safety experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience

Proven outside sales experience, particularly selling solutions to government organizations

Strong relationship development and management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to travel over 50% and secure necessary background clearance for government clients

Experience in a high-caliber sales environment with a proven track record

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM systems

Self-starter with a strong drive to identify and create sales opportunities
