Band 2 Bank Social Care Assistant – Mackintosh Centre, Mallaig – NHS Ayrshire & Arran
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bank Social Care Assistant. Your role will involve supporting up to 8 residents in a residential care setting, providing personal care and fostering well‑being and dignity for each resident.
Responsibilities
Deliver personal care to residents, supporting their daily needs and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Respect and treat each resident with dignity and facilitate their well‑being and quality of life.
Collaborate with the care team to deliver high‑quality care.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
Experience is not essential – training will be given.
Eligibility and Visa Experience not essential as training will be given. Please be advised this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker Visa or a Health and Care Worker Visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
