About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CSR to join our team at Garden Oaks Veterinary Center in Houston, TX As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and client satisfaction.
Base Pay Range
$14.00/hr - $18.00/hr. Pay is based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
Experience with veterinary software programs
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client information and appointments
Assist with billing and payment processing
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills
As a CSR, you will use excellent communication and customer service skills daily to provide exceptional service. Organize and multitask to manage appointments and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is required for managing client information and processing payments. Preferred qualifications such as experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care setting, and proficiency in veterinary software programs will enhance performance.
