Job Overview The Clerical Coordinator performs the coordination and management of departmental operations related to clerical services. The role supports clerical staff in performance appraisals, meeting schedules, and maintaining operations such as typing, filing, billing and transcription. The Coordinator prepares daily, weekend, holiday and vacation schedules and adheres to the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

Responsibilities
Provide input to supervisor for the annual performance appraisals of clerical support staff.
Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments as related to departmental activities.
Maintain operation of clerical services including typing, filing, billing and transcription.
Plan and organize work to provide an efficient workload and prepare daily, weekend, holiday and vacation schedules for clerical personnel.
Adhere to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
3‑5 years of experience.
Compensation Starting at $26.71 hourly. This rate is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role. It may differ from the final offer based on market data, experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, budget and grant funding. The package may also include performance‑based incentives, bonuses, commissions and shift differentials.
