About our agency I opened my agency in 2000 after spending 9 years working in State Farm claims, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and problem-solving before moving into agency ownership. Our team now includes 5 team members who work together to support our customers and provide a welcoming, dependable experience.
I'm a graduate of Clemson University, married with three kids, and a big fan of all things sports. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me at the beach, on the golf course, or spending time with family.

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
