Operations Analyst – 2nd Shift – Global Payment Operations
Join Bank of America as an Operations Analyst on the second shift, contributing to our Global Payment Operations (GPO) organization.

Job Description This role is responsible for analyzing day‑to‑day issues, researching and providing resolution for various issues identified within the business unit. You will support defined procedures, conduct routine analytics, create reports, and complete exception processing within the Global Payment Operations (GPO) organization, which delivers global wire transfers and ACH payments for internal and external clients while providing sanctions screening on transactions.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily payment flows, escalating and resolving issues within defined parameters.
Support defined procedures, routine analytics, document tasks, and complete exception processing.
Coordinate implementation of products, services, and operational solutions.
Design, document, implement, and monitor new products and services.
Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes.
Expand business product knowledge within the operations environment.
Build relationships with partners and teammates.
Inspect data to identify issues and trends.
Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Availability for overtime when needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective time management, organization, and task prioritization skills.
Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday 5 pm – 1:30 am.
Desired Qualifications
General banking experience, particularly in Global Payment Operations.
Experience with wire transfers.
Experience with systems.
Experience with troubleshooting.
