Project Manager External 1
to join their team. As a Project Manager External 1, you will be part of the Project Controls and Scheduling function, supporting EPC substation projects across the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, expert scheduling knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

What’s the Job?
Develop, maintain, and present detailed Primavera P6 schedules for EPC high‑voltage substation projects.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedules are accurate and up to date.
Review schedule logic, identify gaps or missing activities, and support the team in correcting schedule inconsistencies.
Perform time impact analyses in coordination with the project manager and ensure delays and change orders are accurately incorporated into the schedule.
Generate monthly schedule reports, metrics, and narratives to support project controls, contract milestones, and formal project communications.
Review project contracts to identify milestones and ensure they are fully reflected in the project schedule.
Document project events that impact schedule performance, scope of work, and overall project efficiency.
Promote a culture where schedules are used as active management tools, not just reporting visuals.
What’s Needed?
5–10 years of scheduling experience within engineering and/or construction project management, preferably in EPC high‑voltage substation projects.
Expert‑level proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Strong understanding of EPC project delivery methods and project management control systems, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, and procurement.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders at all project levels.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and adaptable, with strong analytical and time management skills.
