Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and present comprehensive Primavera (P6) project schedules, including baselines, updates, and look‑ahead schedules
Collaborate continuously with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate, current, and reliable schedules throughout the project lifecycle
Promote a culture where schedules are used as active EPC management tools, not static representations
Review schedule logic and sequencing, identify missing or incorrect activities, and support the team in resolving scheduling issues
Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) in coordination with project managers; ensure delays and change orders are accurately incorporated and documented
Generate monthly schedule reports and metrics, review contract milestones, map them into the project schedule, and document project events impacting schedule, scope, and efficiency
Qualifications
5–10 years of scheduling experience in engineering and/or construction project management, with full project lifecycle ownership in high‑voltage substation construction
Expert‑level proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, logic, baselines, progress updates, and reporting
Strong understanding of EPC project delivery methods and project controls, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and change management
Proven ability to communicate effectively with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure schedule accuracy
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self‑motivated, adaptable team player with strong problem‑solving skills, able to build cross‑functional relationships and work in a hybrid (3 days onsite) environment
Benefits
Pay: $71/hr.
Shift: Hybrid 3 days in office - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST

$71.00 per hour
