Systems Engineer - Intermediate | IT Effectiveness - Video Conferencing And Phone Support [NPS025030] ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm focusing on delivering value to clients through tailored solutions across Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Engineering, Environmental, Sustainability, and Human Capital. We work with Private Companies, Fortune 1000 Enterprises, and Government Agencies, providing a range of solution-centric services and engagements. Seeking Systems Engineer - Intermediate candidates with Government and Public Services Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as NPS. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position with potential conversion to full-time W-2 employment. Location: CONUS – Washington, DC, Reston, VA, and the National Information Systems Center (NISC) in Denver, CO, with responsibilities across the Mid-Atlantic Region and the National Park Service (NPS) IT/telecom services. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide coverage as a Systems Engineer - Intermediate focusing on Video Conferencing And Phone Support for Government And Public Services Sector Clients, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting. Deliver technical solutions and support for phone systems and video conferencing hardware. Support video conferencing and voice services with advanced technical knowledge. Qualifications and Education
Telecommunication systems management experience, preferably in a multi-location environment. Intermediate-level video and phone system troubleshooting experience. Experience with video conferencing and telecommunication systems in federal agencies. Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field; Advanced Certifications preferred. Professional certifications and process skills related to PMP (preferred). Skills Required
Experience managing telecom networks across multi-site environments. Intermediate-level video conferencing and telecommunication support experience. Experience in managing video and voice systems in multi-location environments. Technical troubleshooting, server maintenance, and IT support capabilities. Ancillary Details
