has a position available for a motivated and experienced Automotive BDC Representative to lead our dealership’s customer engagement and appointment-setting operations. This role is critical to driving showroom traffic, improving lead conversion, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across phone, text, email, and digital channels. Key Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, emails, internet leads) Set, track, and improve appointment show rates and sales conversion Develop and enforce BDC scripts, processes, and best practices Monitor CRM activity to ensure timely and accurate follow-up Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Collaborate closely with Sales and Service Teams Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction Qualifications
Previous BDC or Internet Sales management experience in automotive (required) Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven ability to drive results through process and accountability CRM experience (e.g., Elead, or similar) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Benefits
