We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Johnston, RI area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. The Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stages vehicle repair/maintenance work to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. The Service Manager also communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information regarding repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations while driving sales initiatives. Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must: be at least 18 years of age be legally authorized to work in the United States possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position Apply
