Line Cook Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food items are presented with high quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Line Cook Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in high‑volume restaurants as a Line Cook.
Proficiency in preparing and cooking items efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for up to 8‑10 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
