Job Summary Quality Care Transportation, Inc. (QCT) is seeking a dependable and organized dispatcher to support daily school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) operations. Responsibilities
Assign and monitor school and NEMT transportation routes
Communicate with drivers, schools, medical facilities, and families
Manage schedule changes, no-shows, and emergency rerouting
Track real-time driver locations using GPS tools
Maintain accurate trip records and daily dispatch logs
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure full route coverage
Qualifications
Prior dispatching or logistics experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Twin Cities geography
Comfortable using Google Sheets, GPS, and dispatch software
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must pass a background check
1 year School Bus/Van Dispatching (required)
1 year Delivery Dispatching (required)
