Summary The Analyst – KAM Sales & Operations is a dynamic role responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategies and execution of programs and tactics to attract prospective customers. The analyst will also manage RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses for enterprise‑level prospects, provide customer service to new and existing vendors and customers, and collaborate daily with project managers and other internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure compliance and responsiveness.
Monitor and track sales performance data and market pricing, preparing reports and insights for senior management.
Collaborate with sales and operations to meet deadlines and provide customized, accurate responses.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and assistance with logistics and transportation needs.
Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams.
Build collaborative relationships with operations staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity, and effectiveness.
Provide market intelligence reports and insights to help shape sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Review market rates and gather data for upper management to analyze and develop new client opportunities.
Negotiate shipping rates with carriers.
Monitor and support container moves on ocean and land (rail/truck) freight.
Complete shipping documentation (bill of lading, House Airway Bill, certificates of origin).
Provide customer service and daily coordination with customer inquiries.
Work closely with Korean headquarters to understand and execute the global business strategy at the local level.
Implement sales and operations processes to meet deadlines and provide customized responses.
Keep files and folders organized and input opportunities into company systems.
Strive for continuous improvement and identify opportunities to increase efficiency in all operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation Range $48,000–$53,000 annually (subject to compensation study upon candidate selection).

General understanding of supply chain management and logistics industry.
Understanding of freight forwarding services, including scheduling, monitoring, cost optimization, and industry‑specific requirements.
Ability to establish business plans and develop new business opportunities/projects.
Proficiency with PCs.
Education & Experience
High school diploma/G.E.D required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of related experience in freight forwarding, logistics, accounting/finance required.
3–5 years of related experience in freight forwarding, logistics, accounting/finance preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit in front of a desk or computer for long periods.
Repetitive use of hands, writing, typing.
Possibility of domestic travel (5 %).
Lift up to 20 lbs.; carry up to 20 lbs.; stand/walk as needed.
Working and Environmental Conditions
Typical office environment with low‑level noise exposure.
Position located in Duluth, GA office.
Communication with employees and field partners primarily via phone and email.
