Responsibilities
Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers.
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Respond to inquiries and complaints and provide product information to customers.
Track sales activity and performance metrics.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
Identify potential customers and evaluate new strategic business opportunities.
Achieve sales, performance, and profit goals.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Establish and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Assist with cross‑selling and promotion of products.
Handle additional administrative tasks if needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Prior sales experience in similar roles.
Experience in B2B and software sales.
In‑depth understanding of sales and customer service principles.
Strong knowledge of the market and customer dynamics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Effective problem‑solving abilities.
Adaptability and teamwork.
Strong organization and time‑management skills.
